Trusted suppliers

We work with trusted, approved wholesale meat suppliers to source a variety of local, UK, EU and Red Tractor approved ranges of meats. Our relationships with our suppliers ensures we can source consistent, quality meat, to suit the requirements of chefs working at all levels of catering.

Locally sourced

We source meat from around the UK & Ireland – locally wherever possible such as haggis & black pudding sourced from suppliers just a few miles from our Bonnyrigg site, in order to support local businesses.

We have great relationships with some of the best suppliers. Animal welfare is paramount, so we will only work with suppliers who work in an ethical way and treat the animals with respect and care, in a stress-free environment. We work with producers who share our standards of welfare and who we can build long-term partnerships with in order to offer consistency in product and price.

We have long standing relationships with both UK and overseas suppliers to offer customers a full range of product, all with full traceability. We are approved to sell Red Tractor products. Ensuring the food is traceable, safe to eat and has been produced responsibly. Our butcher site in Scotland is Quality Meats Scotland (QMS) assured, providing a provenance guarantee.
