Consistent quality and full traceability is at the core of Campbell Brothers. Our depots based in Edinburgh and London are both BRCGS accredited sites, and are managed by passionate people with decades worth of experience in the meat industry. We also hold certification for Red Tractor Food Assurance, Halal Accreditation and Quality Meat Scotland Brand licensing schemes assuring food safety, animal welfare, hygiene and environmental protection through every part of the food chain.

We work with a wide range of quality, hard-working farmers and producers and are proud to support British farmers, buying locally wherever possible. We source only the finest products from quality providers with consistent, graded raw material, avoiding bull beef and over 30-month cattle.

Traceability systems allow for all products to be fully traceable from farm to fork and our Quality Management system covers all aspects of food safety from traceability, foreign body control, to allergen awareness, ensuring our products are produced safely and are of the highest quality.

Facilities

We embrace modern technology alongside our traditional butchery skills to deliver exceptional quality and service, investing in new machinery to speed up processes and deliver our high product standards. We offer state-of-the-art kitchen facilities our London Woolwich depot, creating the ideal environment for team development days and interactive customer workshops.
