Campbell Brothers has grown from a butcher shop in Scotland to catering butchers supplying the UK with a full range of top restaurant quality meats.

Our depots based in Edinburgh and London are both BRC accredited sites, and are managed by passionate people with many years’ experience in the meat industry.

Compliance and integrity is at the core of Campbell Brothers. We are accredited to BRCGS Food Safety, a market leader in the Global Standard for Food Safety. We also hold certification for Red Tractor Food Assurance, and Quality Meat Scotland Brand licensing schemes assuring food safety, animal welfare, hygiene and environmental protection through every part of the food chain. And at the same time promoting British Farming. Traceability systems allow for all products to be fully traceable from farm to fork.

Our Quality Management system covers all aspects of Food Safety from traceability, foreign body control, to allergen awareness, ensuring our products are produced safely and are of the highest quality.

Campbell Brothers is an accredited training centre for Royal Environmental Health Institute Scotland. All butchery staff undergo a comprehensive Food Safety training programme championing Food Safety and compliance throughout the business.

Facilities

All our products are quality checked and processed with the highest standard of food safety in our BRC certified premises. We have on-site development kitchens and manufacture products such as sausages and burgers on-site enabling new product development for customers.
