Whether you are looking to develop a new meat product such as a bespoke burger or sausage for your menu, or are seeking butchery training for your chefs, buyers or front of house staff, we have the facilities, team and experience to support your requirements.

New product development

Looking to serve up unique menu items? Work with our experienced team and in-house production facilities to develop bespoke burgers, sausages and other meaty products for your menu.

Kitchen space

Looking for a kitchen space to work on menu development? We welcome customers to use our development kitchen in Woolwich, London, or our outdoor BBQ and grill area at our site in Bonnyrigg, Scotland.

Skills & education

Our experienced butchers are able to share their knowledge with our customers and provide butchery skills training to those that wish to learn more or gain a better understanding of meat. For those wishing to gain more formal qualifications, these are available via AHDB’s meat education program.

Tours & visits

For those wishing to better understand the full farm to fork process, we offer visits to our wholesale meat suppliers and to our sites in Bonnyrigg or Woolwich, to enable customers to see our processes and meet our team.
