We have fully kitted out development kitchens at both our sites in Bonnyrigg Scotland, and Woolwich London, available for customer use, cook offs, meetings, events and new product development.

Development kitchens in London and Edinburgh

We have fully kitted out development kitchens at both our sites in Bonnyrigg Scotland, and Woolwich London, available for customer use, cook offs, meetings, events and new product development.

Our London development kitchen is fully equipped with burger press, sausage maker, Rational oven and char-grill, with a space of approximately 35 sqm. Our London development kitchen is available for customers to use alone or with assistance from our team in order to develop new recipes for burgers and sausages etc, to test and sample our wholesale meats and to work on menu development.

With our on-site, bespoke sausage and burger making equipment, customers are able to develop their own recipes with our team, in order to offer bespoke lines on your menus.

Kitchen and meeting space

In addition to our development kitchen we also have a range of newly fitted meeting rooms and a 20 seater board room, should customers require a space in London for meetings or conferences. Our site in Bonnyrigg also has a board-room style meeting room available for customers to use.

London development kitchen

Our London development kitchen is fully equipped with burger press, sausage maker, Rational oven and char-grill, with a space of approximately 35 sqm. Our London development kitchen is available for customers to use alone or with assistance from our team in order to develop new recipes for burgers and sausages etc, to test and sample products and to work on menu development.

With our on-site, bespoke sausage and burger making equipment, customers are able to develop their own recipes with our team, in order to offer bespoke lines on your menus.

Our London development kitchen offers on-site parking and can seat approximately 20 guests.

Scotland development kitchen

Our development kitchen in Scotland is kitted out with ovens and grills along with a chef on site, available to support customers with new product development.

Our site in Scotland also has an outdoor development kitchen area with barbeque ideal for testing products and cook offs for tasting. We also have a meeting room available for customers to use, along with on site parking.

Campbell Brothers Scotland site is ideally situated, being accessible by road, rail or air. Edinburgh airport is approximately 14 miles away, with Edinburgh Waverley Train Station 8 miles away, with Eskbank local train station just a 5 minute drive.
