We prepare lamb in a wide range of cuts, to suit customers’ menu requirements: from leg of lamb, lamb rump, lamb chops, lamb shank, lamb loin and lamb shoulder, to minced lamb . We are able to make bespoke lamb burgers to customer’s recipes using our in-house burger making machinery.
