We work with local suppliers where possible, to source pork, along with EU certified suppliers. We can supply pork to suit customer’s requirements, including Quality Meats Scotland assured pork, free range pork, Red Tractor, Freedom Food pork and outdoor reared pork.
We can offer customers all cuts of pork to suit your requirements, from whole pigs, pork belly, pork shoulder, leg of pork, pork loin, to offal. We also offer cured ranges such as gammon, along with joints of ham, bacon and sausages which we can produce in-house to suit customers’ recipe requirements.
