Developed in conjunction with Marco Pierre White, Campbell Brothers’ new ‘Pig Burger uses quality choice cuts of Red Tractor pork, seasoned and created into patties that can be tailored by your chef team to offer a tasty and versatile menu option.


Pork: Pig Burger (36 X 140gm)


  1. Dipped in blitzed panko breadcrumbs, deep fried for 3mins at 160c, brushed with Dijon mustard.
  2. King prawns dipped through water and then rice flour and fried for 2 mins at 170-180c.
  3. Sun blush tomatoes, drizzled with sauce Bois Boudran (tomato ketchup vinaigrette with tarragon,chives, chervil and shallots).
  4. Garnished with pomme fondant, micro parsley, Maldon sea salt.
