Developed in conjunction with Marco Pierre White, Campbell Brothers’ new ‘Pig Burger uses quality choice cuts of Red Tractor pork, seasoned and created into patties that can be tailored by your chef team to offer a tasty and versatile menu option.
Pork: Pig Burger (36 X 140gm)
- Dipped in blitzed panko breadcrumbs, deep fried for 3mins at 160c brushed with BBQ sauce.
- Sauteed Shimeji mushrooms, chopped chives and brunoise shallots.
- Garnished with pomme fondant, micro parsley, Maldon sea salt and Vintage Balsamic with extra virgin olive oil.
