Developed in conjunction with Marco Pierre White, Campbell Brothers’ new ‘Pig Burger uses quality choice cuts of Red Tractor pork, seasoned and created into patties that can be tailored by your chef team to offer a tasty and versatile menu option.


Pork: Pig Burger (36 X 140gm)


  1. Dust patty in seasoned flour and seal in pan and finish through oven at 180c for 6-8mins until cooked medium, brush with Dijon mustard and BBQ sauce.
  2. Fried free range egg in clarified butter with melted slice Monterey Jack cheese, soft fried julienne onions.
  3. Garnished with pomme fondant, micro parsley, Maldon sea salt and a drizzle of red wine port reduction and extra virgin olive oil.
